
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All items offered on designedbygary.com (“DesignedByGary”) are made-to-order. So, when you place your order, we print them one at a time for the best quality!
This also avoids excess production ending up in landfill.
Depending on the shipping address for your order, we work with different local manufacturers in 18 countries worldwide. The manufacturing country for each order is carefully selected by an advanced routing algorithm at the time of ordering. This enables our products to reach you faster, smarter and greener.
By reducing transport distances, we reduce carbon emissions on each order and help save the planet.
ORDER HANDLING
Orders are processed as soon as the payment is accepted and it usually takes 2-3 business days to create your products.
SHIPPING TIME
It takes an average of 1-4 business days to ship your order for most products and destinations. We can deliver in more than 170 countries worldwide, so some countries may take a little longer. On ethical grounds, we currently refuse to ship to the Russian Federation.
It should be noted that due to the global pandemic and the increased pressure on internatuional carriers, some delays may occur. This is the reason why we work with local manufacturers.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way through to delivery!
If you do not receive either a confirmation email or a tracking link, please re-check your email, including your SPAM or JUNK box for any missing order notifications.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is past your estimated arrival date and you have not heard from the carrier, please contact us and we chase this for you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address. Please check and re-check the delivery address!
Also, if you contact the shipping carrier after the order has been dispatched and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we will not be held responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen or damaged.
